By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. Prestige Professional Cleaning Services and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS communications from Prestige Professional Cleaning Services.
Prestige Professional Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the greater Los Angeles area, including but not limited to recurring housekeeping, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, vacation rental turnovers, and commercial facility maintenance.
All services are subject to availability and are provided at the sole discretion of the Company. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any client at any time for any reason.
Quotes provided through our website, phone, email, or text message are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope, condition, and size of the space to be cleaned. We will communicate any changes in pricing before services are rendered.
Promotional discounts, including the new client 15% discount, are applied at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms, minimum service requirements, or expiration dates. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Appointments are scheduled based on mutual agreement between the Client and the Company. We make every effort to arrive within the agreed-upon time window but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, and prior appointments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings or termination of the service relationship.
You agree to provide safe, reasonable, and timely access to the premises to be cleaned. This includes ensuring that our team can enter the property at the scheduled time, whether by being present, providing a key, a lockbox code, a gate code, or coordinating with building or property management.
If our team is unable to access the premises at the scheduled time through no fault of the Company, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the cancellation fee described above.

Prestige Professional Cleaning takes the utmost care when working in your space. However, cleaning inherently involves physical contact with surfaces, fixtures, and objects, and minor wear or incidental damage may occasionally occur.
If you believe that damage has occurred as a result of our services, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of the service date. We will investigate the claim promptly and, at our sole discretion, repair, replace, or compensate for the damaged item up to its fair market value.

Prestige Professional Cleaning is fully licensed and insured in the state of California. We carry general liability insurance to cover accidental damage to your property caused by our team during the course of providing services. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.
Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified.
Late payments may be subject to a late fee. Accounts more than 30 days past due may result in suspension of services until the balance is paid in full. We reserve the right to engage a collections agency for unresolved balances.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return and re-clean the area in question at no additional charge. The satisfaction guarantee applies to the specific areas of concern and does not entitle the Client to a full re-clean of the entire property unless warranted.

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Prestige Professional Cleaning at the phone number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any services.
